1. Introduction VIETSEA Company is a seafood packer for the U.S market. The competitiveness pressure in this market has been increased in recent years since there are many rivalries in the industry not only from Vietnam but also from India, Thailand, and Bangladesh are attempting to expand business in the U.S. The company has recently been lagged behind in the global competition with export turnover declined. The situation has required management to develop an appropriate business strategy to gain competitive advantage over rivalries in the US. The purpose of this research is to formulate and develop a proposed marketing strategy to sustain existing markets and explore new geographical markets for the company. 2. Literature review This section will analyse and discuss the global marketing for seafood, competitors, major players in the market, internal and external environments using Porter’s five forces model,
