Course contents Link Organizational Growth & Innovation Together these courses consist of two  theoreticalparts. Strategic management  is about  analysing the environment of the organisation and  translating this information to a long term plan. The  subject organization psychology  regards the internal  organisation. For example motivation of employees,  organisational culture and structure.
