Topics include linear programming, network flow problems, integer programming, nonlinear programming, project planning, and dynamic programming. We will learn how to model real-world decision-making problems by using operations research methods, how to solve the problems, and how to analyze and interpret the results. Basic knowledge on linear algebra and calculus is assumed. Microsoft Excel will be used in the course. Lectures:
