Introduction In Our project, we decided to start a business that is profitable and serves many customers. So we started by buying a piece of land, then to construct a building consists of one or two floors, that can be used as a service profitable company. After negotiations, we came up with three ideas: 1. Restaurant : Consists of two floors, where the kitchen is allocated in the second floor and the tables are distributed in the first floor. - Row material: ingredients. - Labor: Kitchen, cash, service, maintenance. - Fixed assets: Tables and chairs 2. Coffee shop Consists of two floors, and would serve:

Coffee, ice cream, Argeeleh, cold and warm drinks, and meals 3. Internet Café Consists of one floor, controlled by two technicians. Would suffer from high maintenance. So we have to choose between them and start the project. Project Initiation Our vision is to serve as much customers as we can and to gain more than 13% of the market share within 4 years, by using top level service and qualified employees which are 100% eager to serve our regular customers. We decided to construct the building in Madaba beside the new location of the GJU, where our segment that we want to serve is the students of that university. Project Selection We have set the criteria that we will choose our project according to, into 4 main criteria, which are: 1. Customer demand 2. Payback period 3. Initial investment 4. Handling and controlling
