Topic: But how about using cell phones while driving? It’s not awesome, and very likely to put you in a dangerous situation. Justification: In Michigan, what are the rules and regulations? Should it be illegal or not to use cell phones when you are driving? Preview: In the following, I want to show how dangerous this behavior is, support that the government of Michigan should make some specific rules to prohibit it, and more importantly, persuade you as drivers into stopping cell-phone use even if there are yet no limits by law. Body Main point 1: using cell phones while driving put your and passengers’ lives at risk. Generally, there are two dangers associated with driving and cell-phone use.
