February 1, 2010 Mr. John Murphy, Store Manager PetSmart 1530 Froom Ranch Way San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 Dear Mr. Murphy: Three weeks ago on January 7, I purchased an exotic Valentini Puffer Baby fish from your store in San Luis Obispo. I was told at the time of purchase that I could bring my receipt in and receive a refund if my fish did not make it past two weeks. Unfortunately, the fish did not survive past a week. I brought my receipt in just one day after, January 15 th , well within the allotted time for a refund. I am disappointed in the way the situation was handled by the associate and frustrated that I was not reimbursed. I would appreciate if this situation was settled accordingly by refunding me the $67.99.
