GSK has been known www.gsk.com ) GSK Sri Lanka multinational Pharmaceutical Corporation has been considered for the assignment Sri Lanka has been showing healthy pharmaceutical growth rate aftermath of Tamil Tiger war. As per data pharmaceutical sales forecasted to reach at £ 260 million in 2010.which is compared £180 million in 2009. In fact Currency has been strengthening & there is huge opportunity to develop business in the war torn area.(PSOSL,2010) The proposal intends to identify how GSK corporate brand name affects on the recruitment & selection procedure of the Brand mangers for the company.th argument has been justified through the literature review. Recommended methodologies were suggested. 2- Literature review Literature review provides the basis on which the justification of the research questions and builds the research design. In the mean time it informs how to collect the data and how it should be informed.
