It is provide information how employers find that child care can have a significant impact on their businesses. Lack of access to affordable, quality child care may make it difficult for businesses to hire qualified employees. Productive and valued employees may leave their jobs because of child care problems, increasing hiring and training costs. There are two reports showing a substantial benefits from offering child care services.
