3 With a discouraged tone in my voice, I make the statement, “its morning already.” A couple of months ago I would wake up and with a thrilled voice and say, “its morning!” I wanted to go to work. I loved my job. My job was fun, exciting, enjoyable, and even entertaining. Sometimes, my job is still all of those because of the babies I work with. But then again, it can be annoying, frustrating, and even maddening. I have a problem and this problem is called my boss. I have come up with a strategy to help with those “not so good” feelings towards my boss. I have realized that no matter how hard I try, I cannot change my boss. These feelings all started when I was asked if I wanted to go to salary of $8.00 an hour. Unfortunately, I should have never done this. I should have asked more questions and all of this frustration probably
