Memorandum 07:01:28 It is with great thought, research, and consideration that we have prepared a full benefits package for the posted position. Human resources has researched other open positions of this same type in four cities that were roughly the same size as this one and compared the collective benefit packages. From said packages, we extracted not only what we felt was fair but what offered incentives to be employed at our company. Research has proven that employees will work harder for an employer that offers incentives so it is decided that we will offer such incentives in the below package. Health Insurance Upon successfully completing a 60 day probationary period, the employee will be eligible for the following health benefits: Medical Insurance through Blue Cross at a cost of $89 per pay period employee only $145 per pay period employee and spouse or registered domestic partner and up to 5 dependants. . Each additional dependant will be an additional $9 per pay period.
