The Human Resource department and managers play a very important role in my human resource plan I have developed. Managers still allowed conducting a proactive role while fitting into my plan. The human resource department and mangers have complete responsibility in the success of the company by making sure things runs smoothly employees get the correct training for the job assigned, and guiding employees for success. The plan I have developed has a systematic system of goals and instructions to follow for managers to be exceptional leaders for their team. Conquering these goals begin with management leading by example. Managers are leaders by showing their employees the correct way to do tasks that are in the company’s best interest. You must have well diverse leaders for and effective plan to be a successful. Without superior leadership along with good motivation factors, the company could become at risk to fail. The process of my developed plan assists the human resource department and managers
