2 Alternative Dispute Resolution       The team charter is the guidelines that teams establish, which assists assemble the  rules straightforward for everyone to follow. In the first week each team creates this  charter with their rules and provides their contact information. It is an informal contract  between members that makes it easier to follow the rules and assignments  requirements. Nevertheless, because team members are communicating via e-mail or  through University of Phoenix’s main forum, misunderstanding, and miscommunication  may occur. The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is becoming more popular these  days, which includes negotiation, mediation, conciliation, mini-trial, fact-finding, and a  judicial referee (Cheeseman, 2010).       These methods are more helpful and less time-consuming; however in this situation
