Independent Analysis Report Week 2 BUSN460 OVERVIEW Conducting an Independent Analysis Report for the Can Go Company, OBSERVATIONS After watching this video I observed that the manager at CanGo assigned of his  employees (in  this case Nick) to implement a plan for online gaming. Nick agrees to the task, however  very  shortly after the conversation becomes very overwhelmed with the amount of work that  he  was given. ISSUES From what we can see in this video “CanGo is faced with two major challenges: a)  getting a  stable online gaming system up and running as soon as possible; and b) preparing for  an  anticipated record holiday season. Both of these projects involve careful planning,  coordination, and control of a wide array of activities and expertise.”

SWOT Strengths- There is plenty of time for planning and to complete this task (5 weeks  total) Weaknesses- Nick has to come up with the implementation plan for online  gaming  without overestimating the customers, but Nick is not a very organized person. Opportunities-He has co-workers that are offering help with the task, so he can  ask for  help at any time  Threats-He cannot overestimate their customers with the plan, and if he does not  know  what he is doing, the five weeks time may not be enough for him to successfully  complete this task. RECOMMENDATIONS
