The Courant is a daily paper published and distributed in and around Hartford. A few citizens of Virginia subscribe to the Courant, and it also publishes material online. Neither newspaper solicits residents of Virginia. Also, no one from either office traveled to Virginia to write their work. The newspapers do not hold offices in Virginia, nor do they earn substantial income off residents of Virginia. II.
