This tutorial serves as a warm-up exercise for new users of Matlab. Follow the steps below to start using Matlab: 1.Logon to a computer in the Computer Service Center. 2.Choose to run Windows XP in the login screen. 3.Click the WorkDesk icon on the Desktop. 4.A list of programs will be shown. There are two versions of Matlab available. 5.Choose the latest version (R2007a) and wait for it to load. The console screen should be shown. The system is ready to perform calculations. I.
