In a piece of semiconductor, the electric current is carried by electrons and holes. When electrons recombine with holes, the normalized charge density n ( t ) decreases. (a) By hand-calculation, find n (0.5) using the Euler’s method with a step size of h = 0.1. (b) Using Matlab, plot n ( t ) against t . Obtain the plot using the Huen’s method for t = 0 to 1 with step size of h = 0.01. Attach a hardcopy of the graph. (c) Save the Matlab script file for Part (b) as hw0401.m .
