Reflections on Nutrition Week 9 Checkpoint SCI 241 AXIA ONLINE – This class has been a very valuable tool for me. A lot of these things I knew but they were not upfront on my mind. A lot of the issues associated with poor nutrition, I never realized how closely they were tied together. This class really has opened my eyes to my current state of nutrition and the small changes that I have already started to make that can make big changes in my health, and the plus side is the down trickle affect, it will allow my children better health also. I would have to say that the assignment that I enjoyed the most is the food diary. I thought I was doing a decent job, and then I had to confess and write it all down, it showed me that my good enough was not nearly cutting it. And as much as I was patting myself on the back for doing a good job, made me see how much better I really needed to do. All of the assignments affected me. They all opened my eyes to another reason why I needed to strive to
