MEMORANDUMTO: Harley Byke, CEO BigBizFrom: Group 6 DATE: April 25, 2020SUBJECT: Billboard Discussion1. Strategically placed billboards have shown an exceptional way to advertise products. We believe that billboards will do the same for our company however our content could be considered over the top suggestive and we might get backlash. The content on the billboard if perceived negatively could have a negative effect. Our content could be described as racy and depending on where it is placed could stir up controversy against the product. Either way with this content we will definitely be noticed. 2. We looked at prior billboards to see what has been acceptable in the past.In 1982 Calvin Klein did a billboard with a very ripped man in “tighty whiteys”. While it was controversial it was allowed to stay and people are still talking about it. Using this as our benchmark we should be alright with the man in his “tighty whiteys”. The women in a sheer nightgown is going tobe harder to get away with.
