Discussion Question 1 What does resolution mean? Is it ever appropriate to decrease the resolution of an image in Photoshop? Is it ever appropriate to increase the resolution of an image in Photoshop? Why or why not? Resolution is the number of pixels that depict an image and the detail. My new PC is an HP Pavilion a1730n and the scanner is also an HP C4180 All-in-one. My printer/scanner is connected to my computer via a USB cable. So far, I have had no problems with the setup. I would definitely recommend this printer/scanner to any beginners in scanning images because it is very easy to use, provides simple instructions and the help section has answered any questions I have so far....
