I have chosen to write about a catering business that has been talked about by not only me but by my Mother. At times when there are family parties, my mom and I are always asked to make the food and to bring it. We normally have to go shop for everything needed, make the food and deliver to where it is needed. After everything is over, we are paid back for was bought but we never charge for what we did. Our dream was always to open a catering business and provide our services to everyone who wants them and make something big from what we are good at. I have chosen the name “Generations” for the business because of obvious reasons. This will be run by different generations of my family. Most of the recipes were handed down from older generations as well. I have decided to make this a sole proprietorship because it will be family owned and operated. There will be no need to make the company any bigger because it was always said to be owned and operated solely by family....
