In the COVID-19 situation that hits the whole economic condition, I think the most essentials roles to be performed is Resource Allocator , because in this condition we are facing so many problems, but the most critical one is scarcity, even in the normal condition we also face scarcity but it’s getting worse now, many suppliers may stop their production and when we find alternative supplier, the price will be expensive as the amount of the product is rare. Also, the income would be decreasing as the market don’t running as they always do, in this case, managers sued to manage a budget, cut costs and prioritize which agenda that will make organization survive. 2. Diversity is all about the variety of differences between individuals in an organization, it’s divided into two levels, deep-level diversity and surface-level diversity. Deep-level diversity tells us that there are differences in the things that are hard to be recognized such as individual’s value, personality, and work preferences, while surface-level diversity are easily to be recognized such as gender, race, ethnicity, age, etc.
