The company’s I choose are Family dollar, McDonalds, and A Chicken Farm. I choose these companies because they operate differently. Family Dollar unloads there trucks every Friday morning by themselves. There are typically 2 employees working at a time one being a general employee the second being a manager or assistant manager. They operate the store by dividing the work, the manager typically runs all the paper work and they handle all the reordering of merchandise that is needed, they also handle any problems that might occur during the work day, they also help stock the shelves when needed. The employee is typically in charge of keeping the store clean by sweeping, moping, and straightening the merchandise. They are also in charge of helping customers and checking them out when they are ready to leave. I believe the employees are organized differently because the manager takes on all the paper work and maintaining
