Consider the Total Cost of Jerks  to Your Organization We have a big problem at work. One of my co-worker is a big jerk and my manager is  following his foot steps. In every meeting my manager call this coworker "the best of  the best" or "the man that does the job" The only thing that he is good  is being a jerk,  disrespectful, dishonest. ...if I continue my list will be very long. Now, the problem is  not only the jerk, but the manager humiliating and underestimating his other workers. I  got enough with the situation. I cannot tolerate this behavior. How can I address this  behavior
