BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES 101-002 DR. MARK SANDERS WINTER QUARTER 2011 BIS 101D INFORMATION AND ASSIGNMENTS Our course has six scheduled BIS 101D sections that meet once weekly for 50 minutes and are designed to help you learn problem-solving. Biological Sciences 101D sections are optional and may be taken for an additional unit of P/NP credit. If you choose to enroll in BIS 101D, weekly attendance for the duration of the section meeting and weekly submission of assigned problems is mandatory to obtain a passing grade . If you are absent from BIS 101D you must contact the instructing teaching assistant and be sure that person gets a copy of the medical excuse justifying your absence. BIS 101D sections listed in the Class Schedule and Registration Guide are linked to different lecture sections. If you enroll, you must enroll in one of the six sections listed below that are linked to our lecture section. If you enroll in a section for another BIS 101 you will be dropped and may not receive credit.
