2 Introduction Chapter one and two discusses how companies should focus on the strengths of their employee’s versus dwelling on their weaknesses. Soar with your Strengths by authors (Clifton, & Nelson, 1992) is reported to be unlike any other resource or motivating factor for the manager, leader, employees, and people in general. The main basic of the book focuses one on developing what they do best their strengths and not their weakness. Focusing on one’s strengths requires an understanding of trait and motivation theories, although Philippians 4:13 identify the greatest source of strength: “I can do everything through Him who gives me strength” (New International Version). Important Concepts The three most important concepts are: 1) Fixing a weakness does not make everything perfect 2) Focus on maximizing ones strengths 3) Manage weakness. Corinthians 12:10 states,
