Group Discussion Board Forum 1 Individual – D. Nussel Follower’s motivation In my research, high quality manager employee relations are positively correlated to the height of the employee’s job satisfaction. When employees in a department have a high quality connection with their manager, they get to benefit from favors. For example, support from their supervisor, mutual trust, consideration, effective communication and esteem. Moreover, they are more likely to accomplish more, be satisfied with their job, and help their business to thrive. As the value of the manager employee relationship increases, the outside office environmental needs of the employee are more prone to be satisfied; therefore, eliminating obstructions to employee job fulfillment. Moreover, as the value of manager employee relationships amplify, the fundamental needs of employees are as well likely to be satisfied; therefore, add to the probability that employees will be content with their job (Stringer, 2006) .
