INTRO While I was reading through the list of books available, I noticed the book called feel the Fear and Do It Anyway. I really try not to judge a book by its title or cover, yet I felt like this would be very helpful to me. I have many fears like everyone else does, and I wanted to know how I could learn to push through those fears. THREE POWERS: When I started the first few chapters by Susan Jeffers, Ph.D I was impacted by some affirmations that were recommended to be spoken three times a day; morning, afternoon, and night. Say over and over again, “I am powerful and loving”, “I am powerful and loving it”, “I am powerful and I love it”. Repeating this over and over through out the day really made a difference in my attitude. More people laughed and felt relaxed around me. THE CHATTER BOX: By power, Susan was talking about having control over you inner thoughts or what she called the “chatter box”. Power over the negative thoughts and power over perception
