Module 3 In the movie Rudy, their was a huge management conflict. Once Rudy finally made it onto the team tryouts, he was getting knocked around because of his small size. The management knew of this problem; however, they saw how determined he was to make the team. The management solution was to let him make the cut, but sit him on the bench as a third or fourth string and they promised him he would be able to play at least play in one game before he graduation. Another example of management conflict was in Remember the Titans. Their was a white coach who was having resistance from the racist locals so to resolve this problem he stepped down from his position and the solution was to put a black coach in so the locals wouldn’t resist the football team. Module 4 In the movie Rudy, theirs a management conflict when it came to letting Rudy play on the team. The coach should put only best players on the team for a strong chance of winning the game. However, Rudy wasn’t very big and was getting knocked around
