Howard Gardner suggested that humans have several different mental capabilities, or multiple intelligences. These intelligences are known as linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily- kinesthetic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal intelligences. In order to construct a test that would please Howard Gardner, each of these intelligences would have to be tested. Having the different intelligences separated for testing would allow the results to show what intelligence the test taker posses, unlike the IQ test which just allows you to see the “average” of the intelligences. On a side note each part of the test would be adjusted depending on the subject’s age. For the linguistic aspect of the test, have the subject being tested read passages and answer questions about the passage to see how well the person comprehended the passage. Also have a vocabulary test with words the person should know, and some they might not know.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
