Because of how diverse our society is today, if I were a supreme justice I believe I would vote for the individuals rights. People  and their situations are always different, and because of that I think each case should be handled to the best outcome for that  particular situation. In a less prominent case, if a felon were given 5 years in jail for grand theft auto, while a convicted homocide  felon got out on good behavior after the same 5 years, their situations and circumstances would not match up. However, the

What if the car jacker would steal the next car off the road if he were let out sooner? These are all factors that should be taken into consideration upon dealing with each case. There should be no bias, but the Supreme Court and the justices should attempt to make each case as fair as possible....
