At the distribution centers the pallets are broken down so individual products and be sent via UPS or FedEx directly to a customer. The product will undergo a safe amount of abuse while palletized because they will all be packaged tight and safely together. When the product is shipped individually to a customer it is difficult to say how much any one unit will undergo due to a difference in various handlers handling procedures, but this is where we assume most of the possible product damage could occur. The package testing methods used in the development of the Didgeridoos primary packaging most closely represents this single unit distribution and has therefor proven to us that the package is robust enough to withstand the potential hazards of this shipping method....
