History of science and technology 9-13-10 “Would you rather live now or Paleolithic times?” Asking the question of whether you’d want to live now or the Paleolithic era seems like a very easy question to someone who hates today’s society. I personally cannot stand modern issues and what people consider to be new age entertainment. The Paleolithic times were simple and crude but the people who lived during this time period were far from being fake, stuck up and self involved nincompoops. In modern society people define themselves by listening to computer generated music that becomes a hit by adding the word remix to it or by dyeing their hair covering their faces in makeup and pretending to be like movie stars. Over the years people have almost forgotten what it is to be free because they enslave themselves into categories where they need to act or dress in a specific way in order to be cool. Paleolithic humans didn’t struggle with this identity crisis; they saw no need to act in ways that weren’t true to who they were because they lived freely. Paleolithic humans (which I’m now going to refer to as Palmans for simplicity) didn’t have reality television shows about who Paris Hilton hit with her car or a group of alcoholic friends freeloading
