Effective Leadership in Organizations 2 Abstract This paper stems from an evaluation of writings pertaining to leadership success and effectiveness. The vital research question guiding the direction and evaluation of this literature review was: What methods and styles to leadership are related with successful managers and how is it related to employee satisfaction?
