The one minority group that I feel that I would have the most difficulty counseling is Arab Americans. The reason for the challenge is two-fold. First, my personal prejudice and biases towards these groups remains an area in which I need to work on to. I spent the majority of my life as a military dependent, first as a child and later as a spouse. The attack on the USS Cole resulted in the loss of several friends and the witnessing of the devastation that was brought on to families. Since that time, there have been various
