The bar chart illustrates the amount of CO
2
emissions in England and Wales from 2000 to 2020.
The line graph shows the number of road vehicles which people using in England and Wale in
this period.
=> The bar chart compares four kinds of road vehicles in terms of the amount of
CO2 emissions in England and Wales from 2000 to 2020 while the volume of vehicles in
millions is showed in the line graph over the same period of time.
Overall, the chart shows a rise in the emission of CO
2
from four kinds of means of
transportation almost all time surveyed. The graph illustrates the number of vehicles in millions
is predicted to increase dramatically in this period.
In the year 2000, the amount of emissions of cars was highest about 20 tons, while the figures
for vans and trucks were lower, at around 13 and 15 tons respectively. By 2020, the figures for
cars, vans and trucks are predicted to increase to around 26, 15 and 23 tons respectively. By
