First laws of thermodynamics: Energy cannot be created or destroyed, the total amount of energy in the world is constant, and the energy can only be transferred or transformed to other types of energy. Water falling down from the top to the bottom converts gravity energy to kinetic energy. Second laws of thermodynamics: When one energy converts to another kind of energy, it would reduce some. When heating water, not all energy from gas converts to heat energy, some energy lose and transform to kinetic energy. 2. Make a chart to contrast exergonic and endergonic reactions in two ways. Give a biological example of each.
