PE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LOG BOOKAs part of your Physical Education ‘Fitness’ assessment for this semester you are required to record your daily activityon this log book below.When you are at school you are naturally active when you walk to and from school, in between classes, during PEand at recess and lunch. You need to remember this while you are at home and be aiming for 60 minutes or more ofmoderate to vigorous physical activity per day.Exercise type – Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) 220 – Your age eg. 220 - 13= 207 Beats Per MinuteLight = Walking pace 50%-60% MHR eg. 100-120 BPMModerate = Walking Briskly, Riding a bike, Skating 60%-80% MHR eg. 120-160 BPMVigorous = Hard running, Huff and Puff activities 80%-100% MHR eg 180+ BPMRecord into your log book activities from below, making sure you fill out the relevant sections in the log book.Try and do a different activity for each prac session. Also record any light intensity exercise you complete throughoutthe day.
