MSDS--SAFETY AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS – SIGN – OFF SHEET The following should be filled out for all labs using reagents other than water. It is the student’s responsibility to read each experiment and determine which MSDSs are required for the experiment. It is also the student’s responsibility to make sure both the experiment and its directions are understood beforehand.
