Principles of Marketing MKTG 301 010, Fall 2010 Reading Assignment for Class Eleven – November 11, 2010  For this week, we will cover the two chapters. These two chapters address Place in the marketing  mix.  The first chapter for you to prepare is Chapter 15: Supply Chain Management.  You should read the entire chapter. You may find this chapter to be somewhat unfamiliar.  You may find it helpful to review the chapter on B2B marketing.   Once you’ve completed the Chapter, please prepare the Chapter Case – Wal-Mart:  Pioneer in Supply Chain Management (pages 483-5).
