1/31/11 Does the media effect the way females perceive ² The reason for our research was to find out if the images women see in the media effect their self image. ² Many media images include women scantily dressed with “perfect” bodies and beautiful faces. ² We wanted to find out if these images changed the way women feel about themselves.

1/31/11 Where does our research come from? ² To find our research we used the library databases to find books and journal articles that pertained to our topic. ² We also searched online for scholarly websites that had to do with our topic. ² We used Google, Google-scholars.
