Summary Albertson is huge grocery and drug company . It make profit is 1.4 billion. Albertson competes in tough business. In particular, Market share with revenue flat and profits falling, the company hired Larry Johnston to turn the business around. Johnston came to Albertson from General Electric. Johnston was GE met a training specialist named Ed Foreman. Foreman help Johnston with a serious problem. At the time, Johnston provides motivation and attitude training. This Foreman program —called the successful life course in 3 day training. Johnston believe strongly in Foreman’s program be turnover in the company. Positive attitude is the single biggest thing that can change a business. Also this Foreman’s program was being a critical bridge linking employees with customers. The goal is to improve mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
