The three dimensions to business problems are people, technology, and organization. The people problem occurs when both employees and customers run in to problems that deal with the technology, for example, when customers do not get the help they require because of poorly trained staff. On the technology side, both customers and the service rely heavily on the importance of technology, the software and computer systems, the infrastructure that they use might not operate as it was designed and so they run in to difficulties and problems with technology. The organization level is composed of several layers of workers from the top man to the lowest level employee who deal with the problems of both the technology and the customers...
