It states that I need to have approximately 1500 calories every day for my body type , yet I am only taking in about 1125 calories. 3. What are the steps you could take to improve your diet? Some steps that I can take to improve my diet and health are adding another piece of fresh fruit, a slice of whole grain bread, a glass of fat free milk, or low fat fruited yogurt.
