I believe that the two most important nutrients to maintain a healthy body are vitamin and water. Vitamins are extremely necessary for the body because they do things like process your nutrients, regulate the nervous system, and help build genetic material, proteins, red blood cells, and hormones. The body cannot create vitamins on its own, so it is important to consume them through food and vitamin supplements, though it is better to consume them through eating. They are best found in fruits and vegetables. Water, though, is more important than vitamins or anything else you can put into your body. Your

Water is also important because it cleanses the body, keeps your skin and hair in good shape, it is needed to produce digestive enzymes, help the body collect the nutrients from food and liquids, helps to control the body temperature, and is needed for proper cell function.
