According to table 10.1on page 289 the health consequences of having excess weight or being over weight are as follows. Obesity is one of the top preventable causes of death. Obesity and in activity increases three of our leading killers heart disease, cancer, and cerebrovascular ailments also includes strokes. Other consequences include but are not limited to be diabetes, gallstones, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, and several cancers. Being over weight can also cause you to have difficulty with breathing, taking a walk, and it may even be difficult to sit or lay down. There are also

Also, eating disorders may become a problem, such as bulimia and anorexia. All of these things are obviously not something that are good, when with simple steps everyday like taking a walk or eating a healthy breakfast, can prevent so many of these problems. It is important to stay healthy because you will feel better everyday and have a longer, healthier life....
