Unformatted text preview: I believe the most important challenge there is to valuing diversity is when we all have our pre conceived notions or stereotypes about different cultures. And because we have these feelings and notions engraved in our minds it makes it difficult to value another persons differences. As human beings we for some reason or the other undermine people if they are different than us. I believe its especially difficult for minorities, as to advance our career we often have to go through a labyrinth to reach a managerial role.
