Discuss potential problems with using leadership to change organizational values and beliefs regarding organizational diversity With the leadership redirecting an organizations value and beliefs within the context of diversity is a difficult topic. The difficulty lies when leadership consists of a few individuals making important decisions like these for an organization of 100 or more employees. The difficulty is that the employees under the leadership may not receive an opportunity to voice their concern and opinions about diversity, as the policy will primarily affect them and not the leaders. Potential problems are one sided policies

However if the leaders and employees work together I believe this will be a positive change, if everyone is putting their input in. I believe it will be a beautiful change as everyone will fill more comfortable working along aside their fellow employees knowing that the barrier of diversity is removed....
