Finishing proves that you were able to accomplish what you set out to do and is a great measure of success. My major instrumental values consist of endurance and patience. I believe they go hand in hand as they need one another to accomplish your goals. I also believe these instrumental values for me personally will definitely help me achieve my terminal goal....
