Cited in text and in the References section. 1) Write a paper of 1,250–1,500 words, in which you evaluate the motivational techniques being used in your organization and the impact they have on your values and attitudes in the workplace. The report should addresses the following questions: \ For full credit, make sure that your Similarity Index does not exceed 15% If your initial submission has a similarity index greater than 15%, download your report from TurnItIn, delete the initial submission, revise your work, and resubmit the revised paper 48 hours after you delete the original submission. If you submit your revised work prior to the 48 hour period, you will receive a similarity index of 100% because your initial submission of your work still resides in the system. Evaluation of the organization that I work for begins with evaluation of management, as due to the trickledown effect we reciprocate what we see reflected by the actions portrayed in management. With that said I would like to explain my statement, in parenting children often follow the parent’s action more so than their words. This concept doesn’t change in the business world; frontline employees imitate management as we too want to be like them or in a similar role one day. So like parents to children here at my organization employees imitate similar characteristics shown in management. The organization that I work for is setup similar to a pyramid where we have the GM at the apex or the top of the pyramid. Below the GM we have the Room Division Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Operations, Director of Finance, Director of Security, Director of Housekeeping and Chief Engineer. All of these positions mentioned are horizontal and is located directly below the GM. Below each director is a manager who is in charge of a pool of employees. These pool of employees form the bottom of the pyramid or as we refer to it as the front line soldiers at my workplace. I will begin my evaluation from the top to the bottom of the pyramid.
