When answering a Numerical or a Symbolic question from  WebAssign, it is important that you follow a few simple rules to make  sure the computer understands what you are entering. NOTES:  When entering a decimal, an answer within 1% of correct is  usually counted as correct -- but depending on the problem, it might  not be. If you enter too few decimal places, your answer will be  marked as wrong. You can sometimes enter the exact answer (for  example 2**.5 instead of 1.414) or add more decimal places if the  answer is marked as incorrect. Remember that if there is no "symbolic formatting help" icon at the  end of the question, then you cannot use letters in the answer  blank(s). Some symbolic answers will have an eye symbol appearing to the  right of the answer box. Click on the eye symbols below to compare  your answer to the given expression.  Exponents : When entering exponents in numerical answers you
